Work of Art love card

This greeting card arrives as a small miracle of production - folded Italian paper that feels substantial in your hand, offset printed with enough precision to make you wonder if someone measured each dot, then foil stamped for that extra flourish that says "we bothered." Becca Stadtlander's illustration carries the kind of charm that makes you want to keep the card even after you've sent it.

Red Cap Cards printed it in Los Angeles, which means it traveled approximately nowhere to get here, a small environmental victory we can all appreciate. At 4.25 by 5.5 inches, it fits in a standard envelope without origami skills required. The whole thing suggests that someone, somewhere, still believes in the power of paper and ink to say what needs saying.
